Our in-house vets have many years of experience and regularly perform all routine procedures. For more complex cases, we work closely with specially trained orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeons to provide advanced surgical care. This ensures that if your pet requires specialised surgery, they can receive the highest level of care in a familiar and supportive environment.
Stay with your pet during procedures
You are the best comfort for your pet. Hello Vet is the first clinic in the UK designed to keep you and your pet together when they need a procedure. If you wish, you can be present when we prepare them for anaesthesia, allowing you to reassure them as they fall asleep, and be there with them as soon as they wake up.

Do you perform surgeries in all of your clinics?
We only perform surgeries in our hubs. These are our larger clinics which are kitted out with state of the art surgical theatres. You can find your nearest hub listed on your local clinic’s location page.
Do pets stay in the clinic overnight after surgery?
Pets who have had surgery are typically discharged and return home on the same day as their surgery. If your pet requires overnight care, you’ll need to arrange transport from our clinic to an out-of-hours clinic. We can put you in touch with our trusted, local out of hours provider and our team will give you all the information you need to make this as smooth as possible.
