Whether your pet is off their food, has a new lump or simply isn’t acting like themselves, we'll help you to decide what to do next over Whatsapp, free of charge. No question is too small or too silly. You can send us photos and videos too, which help us to understand your pet’s problem.
If you chose to book an appointment, we'll share the info you've already provided with your vet ahead of your visit, so they can dedicate more time to a hands-on examination of your pet.
We also use this service to keep in touch with clients when they leave their pets in our care, and to check in with them after each visit, to make sure things are going to plan.
Our client care staff can book your pet and appointment at a date and time that’s convenient for you.
If you don’t know if your pet needs an appointment (or don’t know what kind of appointment they may need) our client care team will pass your case on to one of our registered veterinary nurses who can give you clinical advice.
Our client care team will be happy to help with any questions you have about insurance or your pet’s veterinary history. Our nurses can give you clinical advice regarding your pet’s health.
No. You don’t need to be registered with Hello Vet to ask a general question. However, in cases of specific medical concerns, we may only be able to provide medical guidance if you are under our duty of care. This means we may have to get you registered and, in some cases, see your pet in person, in order to advise.
Our team typically responds within 15 minutes during our opening hours. If your pet has a medical emergency, please call us instead of messaging. Phone calls allow us to assess the situation quickly and give you the most appropriate advice without delay.
You can message us about anything; Whether it’s your pet’s health, booking or changing an appointment, our services, pricing, product requests, or getting registered. No question is too small or too silly. We’re here when you need us. You’re very welcome to send photos or videos as well, they’re often really helpful.
When you message us, you’ll hear back from our real registered veterinary nurses and experienced client care associates. They work in our London Fields office right next to the clinic. You’ll always be speaking to a qualified professional who knows the day-to-day care inside out.
No, you don’t need an appointment to message us. If something sounds like it needs a closer look, our clinical team may suggest seeing a vet, but the decision is always yours. Just as importantly, if an examination isn’t necessary, we’ll tell you, which can save you a trip and the cost of a consultation.
We actively respond to WhatsApp messages from 8am to 8pm on weekdays. The service is available on weekends too, although hours vary slightly by clinic. If you message us outside our opening hours, we’ll pick it up and reply the next morning.
