Whether your pet is off their food, has a new lump or simply isn’t acting like themselves, we'll help you to decide what to do next over Whatsapp, free of charge. No question is too small or too silly. You can send us photos and videos too, which help us to understand your pet’s problem.
If you chose to book an appointment, we'll share the info you've already provided with your vet ahead of your visit, so they can dedicate more time to a hands-on examination of your pet.
We also use this service to keep in touch with clients when they leave their pets in our care, and to check in with them after each visit, to make sure things are going to plan.
Our client care staff can book your pet and appointment at a date and time that’s convenient for you.
If you don’t know if your pet needs an appointment (or don’t know what kind of appointment they may need) our client care team will pass your case on to one of our registered veterinary nurses who can give you clinical advice.
Our client care team will be happy to help with any questions you have about insurance or your pet’s veterinary history. Our nurses can give you clinical advice regarding your pet’s health.
No. You do not have to be registered at Hello Vet to use this service to ask general questions, however, if you have a specific medical question we will have to get you registered, and possibly see your pet in person, before we can provide clinical guidance.
Your questions will be answered by the nurses and client care staff who work in our clinics.
We actively respond to messages on WhatsApp from 7:30am to 8pm on weekdays. The service is also available on weekends, however hours vary slightly from clinic to clinic.
We’ve been bringing our puppy Billie here since we picked her up 3 months ago. The team here are outstanding - they're always super responsive and provide advice (even if they don’t think she needs to come in). I couldn’t recommend the team there enough!
