Questions you might have
How can I join Hello Vet?
While we're busy building your new local vet clinic, we invite you to join our waitlist to be the first to hear about our opening, welcome events and special offers. We will email you to let you know when registration is open.
What animals do you treat?
Our clinics are set up to care for cats and dogs. We will, of course, provide urgent care for any animal that needs our help in the case of an emergency. If you have a reptile, bird or small furry pet (like a hamster, guinea pig or rabbit) we'd be happy to point you towards a local specialist who can give them the care they deserve.
Is Hello Vet suitable for nervous dogs and anxious cats?
Yes, all of our clinics are designed to put nervous pets at ease. Inside you’ll find separate cat and dog waiting areas, dimmable lights, calming diffusers and pick’n’mix treat stations to create positive associations with the vet. In our hubs, we also have quiet rooms where anxious pets can have a calm space to settle. Our staff are trained in low-stress handling techniques. If you’d like, we can book your pet’s appointment at a quieter time or a less busy location. Just ask.
Where is the Highgate clinic located?
You'll find our Highgate clinic at 2 Highgate High Street, London, N6 5JL. Directly opposite Waterlow Park - Highgate High Street entrance.
How can I get to the Highgate clinic by public transport?
Our clinic is a 10 minute walk from Archway Underground station (Northern line). Alternatively, there are several bus routes.
