Meet the team leading your pet's care.
I took my nervous Romanian rescue dog. We’ve tried nearly every other local vet and have found Hello Vet to give a service that I never thought would be possible at a London vets.
What a breath of fresh air to find a vet with a totally different approach to caring for your pet, one that recognises a pet is a much loved member of the family.
We rushed our 14-year-old pup Coco to Hello Vet on a Tuesday morning. The level of care she received was absolutely incredible. They quickly discovered her cancer and were able to remove it the very same day.
We have had so many moments of anxiety with my sick dog this week and the staff responded quickly through Whatsapp. Already they are looking at Kiwi’s health holistically.
Competitive and clear pricing making the whole process much less stressful.
This is by so many miles the best vet I’ve ever seen – didn’t think it was possible for one to be like this. Incredible quick and easy customer service.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the amazing team at Hello Vet for taking such great care of Cookie during his neutering. From the moment we arrived, everyone was super friendly and professional, making me feel completely at ease.
Fantastic service. I got an immediate response and got an appointment on the same day. Beautiful practice and lovely, helpful staff. Couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Our clinics are set up to care for cats and dogs. We will, of course, provide urgent care for any animal that needs our help in the case of an emergency. If you have a reptile, bird or small furry pet (like a hamster, guinea pig or rabbit) we'd be happy to point you towards a local specialist who can give them the care they deserve.
Yes, all of our clinics are designed to put nervous pets at ease. Inside you’ll find separate cat and dog waiting areas, dimmable lights, calming diffusers and pick’n’mix treat stations to create positive associations with the vet. In our hubs, we also have quiet rooms where anxious pets can have a calm space to settle. Our staff are trained in low-stress handling techniques. If you’d like, we can book your pet’s appointment at a quieter time or a less busy location. Just ask.
You'll find our Highgate clinic at 2 Highgate High Street, London, N6 5JL. Directly opposite Waterlow Park - Highgate High Street entrance.
