If your pet's unwell, we do a thorough check. If necessary, we perform tests and prescribe medicines to make your pet better – and we always let you know about these costs in advance.

We have a flat fee of £65 for consultations with one of our vets. Our estimates include this fee, plus our prediction of any additional medication or treatment costs.

Our team of experienced registered veterinary nurses can support you with your pets wellbeing, both in person or for free via Whatsapp.

Dog Kennel Cough is not a core vaccination, but many kennels and day cares require it. One of our vets will make a personalised risk assessment with you about whether we advise it for your pet.

£40 if we do this at the same time as your pet's annual vaccinations. Alternatively, it can be administered on its own, along with a thorough vet assessment of your pet's overall health for £75.

Rabies vaccinations for dogs are not required in the UK, but you'll usually need it to take your dog abroad. The vaccination lasts for 3 years.

Complete dental assessment and treatment is available for both cats and dogs. Pre-anaesthetic blood testing, full dental X-rays, a scale and polish under general anaesthetic and IV fluids are included. The procedure takes around 2 hours. 

X-rays allow us to assess the health of your pet's teeth and roots, and to determine whether extractions are needed. If minor extractions are required, we may be able to complete this work in a single procedure. If multiple teeth need removing, we’re likely to recommend additional dental treatment at a later date. We'll be able to give you an accurate cost estimate for any additional treatment once the assessment stage is complete.

We offer this service at a fixed price of £750 for all cats and dogs. If your pet requires multiple extractions, we’re likely to recommend additional dental treatment and will be able to give you an accurate cost estimate once the assessment stage is complete.

If our vet identifies that your pet needs multiple extractions during their dental assessment, this follow-up procedure covers the anaesthetic and surgical extractions themselves. We carry out any extractions under general anaesthetic, with a clear plan in place thanks to the complete dental assessment. This approach means less risk, better planning, and healthier mouths.

We typically book additional treatment in a month after the first dental procedure. Evidence shows that, following a thorough clean, diseased teeth often improve over time, reducing the number and cost of extractions needed.

We cap the price of additional dental treatment at £750 for all cats and dogs. If your pet requires minor extractions, we may be able to offer this at a price below £750. We’ll be able to give you an accurate estimate of the extractions required and what this will cost after your assessment.

We offer a straightforward scale and polish under general anaesthetic for dogs, to help maintain good oral health. This procedure does not include X-rays, bloodwork, IV fluids, or extractions. The scale and polish is offered following a vet assessment to confirm it's the right treatment for your dog. If your vet finds something that suggests your dog may need further investigation or treatment, they'll discuss the options with you. 

We don't offer this service for cats, as we recommend a complete dental assessment including X-rays to properly assess what's happening beneath the gumline.

We offer this service at a fixed price of £350 for dogs. If your dog requires further investigation or treatment, your vet will discuss the options and pricing with you.

Surgical removal of a lump (lumpectomy) under general anaesthetic. Includes hospitalisation, the anaesthetic, lump removal, post-operative pain relief and a post-op check.

Not included: consultation, histopathology (laboratory analysis of the lump), antibiotics or any additional medications. Multiple lumps, or lumps needing histopathology, are quoted with a tailored estimate after a clinical exam.

If your dog is unwell, we may recommend blood tests. We have an extensive in-house diagnostic suite, so we usually get your dog's results on the same day. Sometimes we need to send tests away to a laboratory. If so, our vets will always tell you about the laboratory charge in advance.

Blood testing starts from £118 for basic haematology. A full general blood screen for a dog is £239. In some cases, additional individual tests or more detailed panels may be recommended. If that’s the case, our team will always explain the options and costs with you before going ahead.

We use the smallest microchip available. Microchipping is a legal requirement for dogs and cats, helping ensure you can be reunited with your pet if they go missing.

Our microchipping service is available at a fixed cost of £35, carried out by one of our registered veterinary nurses.

We're happy to write your dog or puppy's prescription, so you can buy medicines directly from your local pharmacy/online pharmacy.

This needs to be done by a veterinary surgeon. It's a more time-consuming process than dispensing it ourselves. We have a fixed charge for a written prescription, which we aim to keep the lowest in the area.

Please note, a vet consultation might be needed in order to issue a prescription. This is because we are legally required to make sure that medicines are safe and appropriate for your pet and they have been examined within an appropriate time frame.

To journey with your dog or puppy, certain destinations ask for an Animal Health Certificate. Our seasoned vets are fully accredited to issue these documents.

To obtain an Animal Health Certificate, your dog typically needs to have undergone an examination, been microchipped, and received a rabies vaccination. Please note that each of these services is priced individually. If you need to obtain this certificate with less than 48 hours notice, there's a surcharge of £100.

An EHC is needed if you’re travelling to a non-EU country with a dog or cat. The EHC is the document completed by our Official Veterinarians to allow you to travel. Please note that you will need to complete an application form via a government website before the EHC can be issued. Unfortunately, due to the complexity of travel to Australia and New Zealand, we do not complete EHC forms for these countries.

This includes a pre-form consultation to discuss travel requirements, and a follow-up consultation to complete the form. Please note that any additional blood tests or treatments are not included in this price.

If your dog is dragging their bottom or showing signs of discomfort, anal gland expression may be recommended. When the glands do not drain properly, fluid builds up and can cause irritation or infection. Our vets can quickly express these glands to provide relief.

This flat fee covers the anal gland expression itself. If our vets identify any underlying issues with your dog’s glands during the procedure, we'll discuss additional treatment options and costs with you in advance.

If your pet's nails are becoming overgrown or catching on furniture, a nail clipping is recommended. Regular clippings help keep your pet comfortable and prevent issues with walking or scratching. Most pets benefit from nail trims every 2-4 weeks, depending on their activity level and how quickly their nails grow.

This flat fee covers the nail clipping itself. If we identify any issues with your pet's nails during the appointment, we'll discuss additional treatment options and costs with you in advance.
