How does it work?

Our hubs have extended opening hours, so you can find an appointment 7 days a week for cats and dogs. We're open Saturday & Sunday, 9am–4pm, at Hello Vet Bushey and London Fields. A weekend appointment costs exactly the same as a weekday one.

Not registered with us? You can still message. We'll register you before your visit, and it won't affect your relationship with your current vet.

Our hubs are open for appointments and emergencies on evenings and weekends, so you can save on out-of-hours fees.

24-hour care

If you contact us outside of our hub opening hours, you'll automatically be connected to our out-of-hours provider to ensure your pet has 24-hour access to veterinary care. They will assess your pet's health over the phone and recommend one of the following options:

An at-home visit, where a vet can come to your house to evaluate your pet's health.
A clinic visit, recommending that you bring your pet to them for an in-person assessment.
If your pet's condition is stable, you might be advised to wait to be seen by one of our vets at Hello Vet during regular hours.

Where can I find your out-of-hours provider and how do I contact them? 

If you call us outside of our regular opening hours, your call will automatically be redirected to our trusted out-of-hours partner.

If you get in touch during the day—by phone or WhatsApp—we’ll be happy to share their full contact details, including address and phone number.

Can I use a different out-of-hours provider?

You’re welcome to choose any provider you prefer. That said, we recommend our partner clinic as we have a close working relationship with them and can quickly share your pet’s medical history to help ensure continuity of care.

If my pet is hospitalised at Hello Vet, how do they get to the out-of-hours provider for overnight care?

If your pet requires overnight care, you’ll need to arrange transport from our clinic to the out-of-hours clinic. Our team will give you all the information you need to make this as smooth as possible.
