Clinical judgement always comes first. Your vet can delay, adapt, or substitute a benefit where they consider it clinically appropriate to do so. The membership never overrides what's right for your pet.

Outside the 14-day refund window, the membership isn't refundable, like any other prepaid annual product. But renewal can be cancelled at any time, so you won't be charged again.

We treat loss sensitively. If your pet were to pass away during the membership year, would refund the membership fee minus the value of any benefits already used. Just get in touch and we'll sort it.

You have 14 days from purchase to cancel for a full refund, as long as you haven't used any of the benefits yet. That's the standard cooling-off period.

The membership runs for exactly 12 months from the day you join. It renews automatically, and we'll send you a reminder before the date. You can cancel renewal at any time through your account.

Emergency and out-of-hours care, hospitalisation, surgery, dental treatment, diagnostics and imaging, medication (beyond the parasite prescription), primary vaccination courses, and rabies or kennel cough vaccinations.

It applies to any vet or nurse consultation during your membership year, beyond the annual consultation and vaccination appointment that are already included. It doesn't extend to emergency care, surgery, diagnostics, imaging, or hospitalisation.

We'll write a 12-month prescription for flea and worm treatment, subject to your vet's sign-off. Because it's a written prescription, you can take it to any pharmacy, including online retailers, where medication is often cheaper. The prescription itself is included; the medication isn't.

Not yet. The membership is for pets aged 12 months and older. If your pet is still in their primary vaccination course, we'd love to welcome them once that's complete.
